Job fetches use 2 credits each time a search criterion runs (free and unlimited on subscription plans). Resume parsing uses 2-4 credits depending on document complexity. Tailored resume generation uses 2 credits per resume. Tailored cover letter generation uses 2 credits per cover letter.
Credits are deducted from your balance when you use these services. You can monitor your current credit balance on your Dashboard. Activities that don't consume credits include browsing matched jobs, viewing job details, managing search criteria, editing your profile, and downloading previously generated documents from your Resume Deck.
Do credits expire?

However, credits included with subscription plans work differently. Subscription credits are allocated monthly and reset to your plan's amount at the beginning of each billing cycle. Unused subscription credits don't roll over to the next month—each month starts with a fresh allocation.

What's the difference between pay-as-you-go and subscription plans?

Can I cancel my subscription?

After cancellation, you won't be charged for subsequent months, your account remains active but reverts to free tier functionality, any pay-as-you-go credits you've purchased remain available for use, and you can resubscribe at any time if your needs change.

What happens if my credit card fails or expires?
